APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE.
It is previously reported that the following General Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to sales made by the company MICROSENSORY through the website www. microsensory.com.
It is considered that the customer who makes a purchase accepts, without reservation, these General Conditions of Sale. The data registered by www.MICROSENSORY.com constitutes the proof of the transaction carried out between MICROSENSORY and its clients and, therefore, the client is obliged to read and accept the General Conditions of Sale before placing the order.

INFORMATION AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS.
At www.MICRO SENSORY.com the client can consult the characteristics of all the products, as well as their technical specifications. The photographs of the articles constitute a contractual element. In the event of an error in the description of a product presented on the web, MICROSENSORY would be responsible for it.
The texts and images that appear on the web are the property of MICROSENSORY, therefore their copyright and intellectual property rights are protected. The total or partial reproduction of these elements, without the formal agreement of MICROSENSORY, is totally prohibited. However, the information given about each product, as well as the photographs or videos related to them and the trade names, brands or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the web page, are exposed as a guide.

PRICES.
All the sale prices of the products indicated on www.MICRO SENSORY.com are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT. The sale price that appears on the web does not include shipping costs. The shipping costs applied are indicated in the detailed summary of the order at the time of purchase, so the customer is always informed of their free or payment obligation and must be accepted by the customer. All purchases must be paid in Euros (€). The products will remain the legal property of MICROSENSORY until full payment of the agreed price is received and confirmed. MICROSENSORY reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice, but above all, the products will be billed to the customer taking into account the prices in force at the time the customer made the purchase.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS.
Each of our products will indicate if it is available in our warehouse and the estimated delivery time. If it is not available and/or does not indicate an estimated delivery time, the customer must consult the availability and delivery time through our Customer Service.

ORDERS.
To place an order, the customer must select the product or products they wish to purchase and then create an account or indicate if they already have an account on our website. If you have an account you will simply have to confirm that the data is correct or modify it and confirm the order. If you do not have an account on our website, you must enter your personal data or those of the company, select the type of delivery from the available options and accept the shipping costs, select the payment method and confirm the order. In case of making the payment by credit card we will redirect you to the secure payment page. On the other hand, if you make the payment by bank transfer, the customer must make the transfer after placing the order, through a bank.
After following the steps indicated above and accepting these Conditions of Sale, the order will be confirmed and the customer will be able to see the confirmation message with their order number on our website. The data stored by MICROSENSORY constitute proof of the content and date of the order.
MICROSENSORY will confirm the purchase made correctly through an email in which the customer is informed of the order number and all the data related to the purchase made. As soon as we receive the payment, we prepare the order and send it within the delivery time indicated in the point Shipping conditions and delivery times.
